How it got out of hand.
Jon and A.J. looked at the bathroom and agreed it needed a small update. “Small” lasted until the old walls came down, the new tile arrived, and the project developed its own weather system of dust, spacers, and extension cords.
A.J. took command of the plans and kept every line straight. Jon introduced the tile saw to a slab that seemed large enough to have its own ZIP code. Between the diagonal shower pattern, the dark mosaic bands, and the marble-look floor, the room started transforming one careful cut at a time.
By the end of the mission, the shower was sharp, the vanity was in position, and every grout line had survived inspection. Jon and A.J. called it a bathroom remodel. The archive recognizes it as a full-scale home-improvement adventure.
